Experience
Adam Neijna is originally from Florida, where he
started practicing in the State Attorney’s
Office as an Assistant State Attorney. After
leaving public service he joined the private
sector where he began his civil litigation
practice. Mr. Neijna has successfully
handled commercial and construction law suits and
has served as corporate/general counsel.
Mr. Neijna has practiced in the State, Federal
and Bankruptcy courts. He is experienced in
arbitration, mediation and other alternative
dispute forums. Mr. Neijna’s practice is unique
in that he is a successful litigator who also
has the capacity to employ alternative dispute
resolution procedures whenever possible to solve
problems and resolve disputes before a crisis
occurs.
Practice Style
When litigation is required, Mr. Neijna has
always vigorously represented his clients in
assorted proceedings. If a matter needs to go to
trial, he is ready and willing to represent
you. His experience as both a prosecutor and
private sector attorney allows him the skills
necessary to bring about the most efficient and
advantageous outcome for his clients.

Education
Mr. Neijna received his Bachelor of Arts degree
from Emory University in 1988 and his law degree
from the University of Miami School of Law in
1991 (Phi Delta Phi).
